Huge room in Astoria duplex 3b2ba

Описание

Large, unfurnished upstairs bedroom in a 3BR/2BA Astoria duplex — $1,350/month. Big window overlooking the backyard and inwall AC. Youd share the upstairs bathroom with Dumarys. Shared kitchen, downstairs living room and a huge private backyard with a garden, smoker and kettle grill. Laundry in the building and close to the 30th Ave NW stop. Youd be living with Colin (tech, downstairs room), Dumarys (graphic design, other upstairs room), a Golden Retriever and a Husky. Were chill and enjoy cooking, movies, board games and backyard BBQs, but its not a party house. Looking for someone considerate who loves dogs, cleans up after themselves and pitches in with chores. First months rent ($1,350) and security deposit ($1,050) required. Shoot us a message with a little about yourself! Well start with a video call and show you around before setting up a potential inperson visit.
