Описание

I have a large fully furnished room available for rent, in my home nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Apple Valley, CA. My home is approximately 3500 sq ft. with plenty of room that sits on an acre. theres a 1500 sq ft. guest house on the property that is occupied. There are 2 additional roommates occupying other rooms. That are pleasant and mind their business. Kitchen privileges are available to tenants, with their own separate fridge from mine. Common areas include 700 sq ft family room, laundry facilities, 2 eating or dining areas, total bathrooms inside the home are 3 with 2 available to roommates. I have a cleaning woman that comes in MondayFriday. For summer fun I have a beautiful patio with above ground swimming pool, 2 bar b q grills, available. Utilities are included. must have verifiable income
