- Approximately a 10-minute drive to Points More: The unit is a 2bed/2bath and I would be your roommate. I am a grad student, am easy going, respectful, and clean. I am trying to find a replacement for my roommate who is finishing her degree at home. I prefer a female roommate, but have no preference in an age range. It is available for movein around 12/15/26. The lease ends midJuly of 2027. If you needed a place to stay for longer than that, you can renew the lease. The bedroom is unfurnished, but all common spaces are already furnished. It is adult living, so it is on the quieter side; not noisy like student living. It is on the first floor so movein with bedroom furniture wont be too difficult. I am also willing to help.
