Hello Everyone,
I have these 3 rooms, 1 small, 2 large with bigger closets. All 3 would share 1 large, walk in bathroom. Would love 3 individuals that either know each other, or will be renting to 3 separate individuals and will make sure to interview as many as needed to find the right trio. I am so sorry to the couples, I am unable to house for the fact I have 2 children. 10 year old daughter and 11 year old son. Both well behaved, with manners, amazing examples for other children. I would love for children or be involved, so mostly looking for single parents needing help to get on their feet, students just needing safe boarding, or working professionals that just need a place to call home as they focus on their career. Would love to get to know everyone, I am very flexible in all departments. Bring your own furniture or I can provide if needed. Kitchen space would be shared with me yet I'm sure between us all a working schedule could be made to accommodate everyone and their needs. Huge backyard with many sports activities. Safe neighborhood with exterior camera system that I would give access to the renters for convenience and safety. Lots of parking on driveway or in front so no issues there. Anything that comes to mind, let me know!
