We have water, power, internet, trash pickup, and gas. We have a washer and dryer along with kitchen appliances, utensils, and pots/pans. Central AC does not always work and is planned to be fixed early next year (2027). We have air conditioning units and fans throughout the house. Currently, two Roomates (Men) live in the house and would suggest only male applicants. The application fee and deposit total $250. This entire amount is refundable if approval to move in is denied. One car is allowed to park when renting and no more. No overnight guests and no guns or dangerous weapons are allowed on the property.
