Hello, I'll be moving away for the winter and am looking for a kind, well spirited, trustworthy person to occupy my room in a fantastic household. There are 4 other housemates 2 males, 2 females. Large windows, interesting room shape and house layout, cozy. 2 shared bathrooms.The household is an amazing find for Seattle. Large kitchen common area, and a backyard. The rent is $950/month. Utility costs come every 2 months, averaging about $110; fluctuates with electric and water usage, so be mindful. We are a cool bundle of young professionals, an engineer, a teacher, a city planner, and local retailer. Due to this being a sublet, I will request a $500 deposit, two people for character reference and the remaining 4 housemates will have to agree you are a good fit. Lease is Dec 1st-Apr1l30th 6m0nth.
