Beautiful top-floor apartment in Sunny Isles Beach, just one block from the beach with relaxing marina views. Offering a private bedroom with a private bathroom in a peaceful, well-maintained home. Ideal for one responsible professional or graduate student who values privacy, cleanliness, and a respectful living environment. The building offers great amenities including a pool, gym, waterfront clubhouse, billiards room, convenience store, dry cleaning services, bike storage, and 24/7 security surveillance. Excellent location near FIU North Campus, steps from public transportation, and within walking distance of Milam’s Market, Marshalls, restaurants, cafés, and everyday conveniences. I’m a working professional with a busy schedule, start my days early, and travel frequently, so the apartment generally stays quiet and relaxed. Shared areas such as the kitchen and living room should be kept clean and comfortable after use. Guests are welcome occasionally with advance notice, as building security requires visitors to sign in. Looking for one mature, respectful, and responsible roommate. Female roommate preferred. If you’re looking for a welcoming place near the beach that feels like home, I’d be happy to
