Furnished Room in Craftsman Home

Описание

Looking for a comfortable place to call home? I have a furnished room available in my lovingly restored 1909 house. The house is cute, colorful, and full of character, with a warm and welcoming feel. About the room: king-size platform bed with under-bed storage, walk-in closet, dresser, side table. Ready to move in. About the home: quiet yard with lots of trees and several garden, off-street parking, convenient location close to bus lines, I-5, and 512, complete Ring security system with multiple outdoor cameras, modernized and freshly renovated with new appliances. Rent & terms: $770/month, month to month. Utilities split evenly between myself and the renter. $300 refundable security deposit. Rental application required. No additional pets. No smoking or vaping indoors. Building rental history: If you’re looking to establish or build rental history, this can be a great opportunity. I’m happy to provide a letter of recommendation for future housing applications for tenants who complete their tenancy in good standing. The house is a relaxed, comfortable place with plenty of outdoor space and a lot of character. I’m looking for a respectful, responsible roommate who is comfortable sharing a home with one other person and two cats. If you’re interested, shoot me a message. Tell me a little about yourself and let me know if you have questions!
