**Furnished Townhouse room for rent North Charleston/Naval Weapons Station/Joint Base Charleston** Hello everyone! I'm renting out 2 bedrooms in my two story townhome available immediately. Just to be clear, I'm renting out 2 bedrooms with 1 other roommate staying in the other. The rent is $950/month and $1100 plus utilities. The room includes a spacious walk-in closet and shared bathroom. If interested, the application fee is $47, which covers criminal background and credit checks. If approved, the application fee will be credited towards the first month’s rent. The security deposit is the monthly rental amount and will be paid back upon ending of the lease.
