This is a 4 Bed 2 Bath house with 1 room available for rent. We are a pretty relaxed household and we are looking for someone with a similar vibe! We are pet friendly(1 cat)/420 friendly, spend a good amount of time in communal spaces although we all tend to keep to ourselves most of the time. We rarely party although we're not opposed to having friends over for gathers, celebrations, movie nights etc. We're located about 5-10 minutes walk down the block from the Beacon Hill Link Station, and 5-10 minutes walk up the block from both the Rainier and Judkins Park Link Stations. We have several grocery stores and fantastic restaurant options in walking distance as well. The best part; sub-$1000 rent! The house is old so it comes with all the things old houses come with, but the location and price make this place a great option for those looking for easy access to public transit and affordable rent. Plus, we have a projector! How can you turn down a projector!?
