The room is in a townhome on the corners of Lyons and Copans in a beautiful Coconut Creek neighborhood full of trees and peace. The home has 2 ladies living there already and looking for a third. The house is clean and quiet and cozy and your room is on the second floor and furnished. It has its own parking space and we have washer and dryer in the house and a pool in the complex. Our unit is tucked away in the back it feels kind of private and has a small yard. It’s close to all of your daily needs and the turnpike. It has a shared bathroom. All utilizes are included in the rent. 6m0nth minimum- Move in is $3000 first last and security. It is available for Oct 1st! Pets are on a case by case basis one cat or small dog is perfect! Please text me if you would like to see it, I can show mornings between 8-11 or after 6pm most days and sometimes all day.
