Cozy home in nature

ISO: In search of a roommate for a Cozy one level home near water and nature in Kingman Indiana with huge yard (a little over an hour west of Indianapolis). Flexible on pricing based on your circumstances but thinking of 625 range which would include rent, utilities, WiFi and the house to yourself most of the week because my partner and his 11 year old daughter are only there on weekends (every other for the daughter) and I’m only there one or two weekends per month. You’d have a bedroom with a closet and you can furnish and decorate how you want, but because of the size etc of the space we are looking for an individual or couple, not full sized families with kids. Shared kitchen, bathroom, dining room and living room with large tv and lots of accessible streaming apps. You’d also have access to the outdoor grill that doesn’t need charcoal, two kayaks and a canoe. All electric appliances. House has one pet who is the sweetest indoor kitty. Very loving and kind household with well behaved kid. We will maintain respect for you and your property. We’re all very easy to talk to if you ever need anything.
