Available October 1, 2026, second floor room 10 × 12 for rent in a three bedroom private home in a very quiet, convenient location. Shared bathroom. All utilities and Wi-Fi with Hulu included. Full use of the house with complete kitchen setup and washer/dryer. Off the the street driveway parking. Detached two door garage, parking can be discussed. $800 security deposit and first month rent will be required. A background check will be conducted. I am the owner of the house and live on the premises. I am a retired Clinical Social Worker and now work for a large home improvement store full time, keeps me busy. The other roommate also works retail full time. We are both hard working and extremely respectful and expect the same from any potential roommate. A male roommate is preferred but would give consideration to a female. No heavy drinking or illegal drug use at this house! We enjoy having a good time hanging out together, cookouts, sports etc... This is an older home with a beautiful covered front porch where everyone likes to relax and socialize. Being an older home I am in the process of doing renovations room by room. We also have a two year old female cattle dog named Honey Bun, her picture is included. She is a rescue, timid and very sweet and she rules this roost.
