Hi, I’m Jefferson. I’m a 39-year-old professional working in corporate administration and relocating to the Palo Alto area in mid-October for work. I’m looking for a comfortable, well-kept room with a respectful and easygoing living environment. I’m clean, responsible, and pretty low-key during the week. My budget is around $1,800/month, and I’m hoping to find a good fit rather than just a place to stay.
