Hey! I’m 22 and currently studying Psychology at Cal Poly Pomona. My girlfriend and I are looking for a room to rent together, preferably somewhere long-term. We’re both easygoing, respectful, clean, and considerate of the people we live with. We value having a peaceful home, respect others’ privacy, and always make sure to clean up after ourselves, especially in shared spaces. I’m financially independent with a stable income, and rent on time is never an issue. We’re both pretty laid-back, enjoy our own space, and are easy to communicate with. Our budget is around $1,500/month, and we’d ideally like to find somewhere in Costa Mesa.
