Hallway bathrooms are semi-private and may be shared with guests or another housemate. Full access to the kitchen, comfortable living areas, and laundry room. Fruit and vegetables growing on property. Large decks, perfect for enjoying the outdoor areas. Plenty of street parking available at this corner lot. You will be sharing the home with some seniors who are hard of hearing, and the home can be loud at times, but not usually very active. No smoking or the use of recreational drugs, including vaping, marijuana, tobacco or any kind of controlled substances. No pets allowed.
