Master Suite Available – La Mesa – $1,400/month Available Now. We’re looking for a third roommate to join our home in the Smoketree Henderson community in La Mesa. The available room is the primary/master suite with a private bathroom and dedicated garage parking space. Rent: ~$1,400/month (willing to negotiate)
Includes: Water, HOA dues, garage parking, in-home laundry
Utilities: Gas, electric, and Wi-Fi shared among roommates (75-150$ per person monthly) The condo is a spacious 3 bed / 2.5 bath, approximately 1,470 sq. ft., with a patio, community pools, and easy access to I-8, Hwy 125, Amaya Trolley Station, shopping, restaurants, and SDSU. The current household consists of two working professionals (late 20s, early 30s) in administrative and HR roles. We work a hybrid schedule, with some remote work during the week. The home is generally quiet and relaxed, but we enjoy occasionally hosting friends for dinner or board games. This is not a party house, and we value keeping shared spaces clean, welcoming, and respectful. A good fit would be someone who: * Pays rent reliably

* Helps keep common areas clean
* Is comfortable living in an LGBTQ-friendly household
*Is comfortable with a hospitable place for friends and family who come to visitt No smoking. No pets. The lease is month-to-month through and the new roommate would be added to the existing lease.
