700/month including utilities

I am still looking for a roommate for my 3bd 2 bath house Yukon, Oklahoma. $700 a month including all utilities. The room will be available September 1st. A month to month lease with hopes that the person lives here long term. I’ve been flaked on a lot and ghosted by people who schedule to come view the house or even say they want to move in. Please be respectful of my time. I am preferring a woman, gay, queer person to move in. Please share this or pass along to people who you’d think would be a good fit! I own a house in a safe neighborhood. It’s me, my two friendly dogs (Rogue & Nova), and one kitten (OSHA Violation) I’ve got a 20 ft tall aerial rig in my back yard, an open living room with 75” tv, washer and dryer, 2 car garage, and a ps5 that I’m happy to share. The available bedroom has 43” tv mounted on the wall that can stay or be taken down. I cover the weekly landscaping. My neighbors on both sides are amazing. About me: I work full time as a project manager downtown OKC and have a normal 8-5 schedule. I also bartend on the weekends. I go to therapy once a week, sewing class once a week and hit the gym sometimes. I’m mostly gone but would love people who would be down to be crafty and do active things with me but also watch tv and/or play games if we are home at the same time. My dogs are friendly and well behaved. They have a dog door. I like to go paddle boarding at the lake near by when the weather is nice, I have a Pilates reformer you can use, and I’m super handy (I’m a master electrician) so I can help you with anything with tools! I volunteer as a CASA advocate for foster children in my free time. I play magic the gathering and rpg games on the ps5.
