Move-in: Lease begins in August
Rent: $1,000 per month. (Monthly rent is $1,149 and I would pay $149 each month as an Incentive for taking over the lease. You just need to be only $1,000 each month). The apartment is fully furnished, offers excellent amenities, and is within walking distance of the IU campus.
