I just moved into a lovely 2 bedroom/1 bath duplex, and I'm looking to fill the other room!

Rent is $925 each, plus utilities (landlord covers the water bill). It's my first month here so I'm not sure what they'll run, but the previous tenet said gas + electricity averaged around $60~$80/month, depending on the season. As for me, I'm 32(M) and working on my masters in history! When I'm off campus, I'm usually reading, gaming, or watching bad older sci-fi movies 😅 I have an older cat who's lived around other cats & dogs before, so I'd be open to a roommate with a small pet.
