For example, I am good at staying on top of doing the dishes, and the great room is painted a nice blush pink. Not to brag, but my last roommate (of nearly 6 years) would say I’m an excellent roommate. About the Ideal Roommate:

• No mammal pets allowed; Tanked or caged pets are okay.
• No overnight visitors besides visiting family members. Heads up: My hope is to start a weekly DnD game on the ground floor.
