Bedroom includes a full-size bed and bedding, blackout curtains, chest of drawers, nightstand and a TV mount if you want it. I'm looking for a mature lady, as you will be sharing the bathroom with one other female. She is in her early 50s, and rarely here. She works 3-11pm and has a second job and a life as well, I might see her 5 minutes in an entire week. My bedroom is downstairs, and am just looking for someone easy-going and fairly quiet that needs a safe place to stay. There is a bus stop at the bottom of my neighborhood, about a mile walk, we are right between Middlebrook Pike, the interstate at Walker Springs, a couple of miles away from Cedar Bluff, and a mile away from Kingston Pike. Location location location! There's a washer and dryer downstairs, and room in the fridge as well as pantry space. This is a very safe and convenient neighborhood. Utilities, trash, and internet included. We have hot water on demand, a full home water filtration system. You'll have your own pantry space and space in the refrigerator. There is one sweet 6 pound cat that likes to be outside but he sleeps with me at night. If you send a message about the room, please tell me a bit about yourself, your age, sleeping habits, work schedule, do you have evictions, do you have a record (I will do a background check) - I don't respond to saying, "need a room ASAP", or "still available?". I also will not respond to men as this is for a lady only. I'm not trying to be rude, I just don't have time to entertain tire kickers, I hope you understand. Thank you so much!
