Looking for a roommate to move in to take the second bedroom and private bathroom in a 2-bed, 2-bath apartment at The Everly. Excellent location in Franklin. 0.4 miles from The Factory (easy daily walk) and about a mile from Downtown Franklin.
The living room and kitchen are already furnished, but I'm totally open to rearranging or adjusting things to fit your taste! You’ll just need to furnish your own bedroom/bathroom. 💰 The Finances:
Rent: Around $1,200/month (Includes ALL utilities). Note: Might fluctuate slightly higher during peak summer months depending on AC usage
Perks: Free convenient parking included, plus a super responsive maintenance crew
Lease: Must be financially reliable and able to pass management's standard background and credit check. 🌳 Amenities:
* Smart-home tech (app-controlled locks/thermostat), * Pool, fitness studio, social lounge, in-unit washer/dryer, balcony, walk-in closets, community garden, community bikes, dog park, and valet trash 3x a week. 👤 Ideal Roommate
* Age 18–30 (Male or Female). * Fellow musicians are a plus, but not a requirement!
* Must have good manners, keep shared spaces clean, and be entirely smoke-free/drug-free.
