*AVAILABLE AUGUST 1st* cozy private room available, with lots of natural light, a large closet, and a private patio area there’s access to a shared bathroom, in-unit washer and dryer, as well as the shared kitchen and communal living room. additionally, we have access to a community pool and tennis court! located just 10 minutes from SDSU. close access to an MTS trolley station and the I-8. 3 other tenants will be sharing the house, plus a cute little cat (please be aware if you have allergies)! we are an all-female house, mostly students from SDSU, with an age range from early to mid-20s. we are quiet, respectful, and really chill, but we also like to have some fun! we’re looking for a female roommate, SDSU undergrad and graduate students welcome!!! please feel free to message me with any questions!:)
