This is a 4 bed 3.5 bath house. I am looking for 2 more roommates for a total of 4 people. It is a very spacious house with large bedrooms, a yard, 2 bonus rooms to share, and a storage shed in the back. Water, sewer, garbage, and internet included. Electric will be split 4 ways depending on usage per month. The 2 available rooms will be sharing a bathroom. Rooms will be unfurnished and living spaces will be furnished but differently from pictures. It is only a 5 minute drive from UNR! I will be attending medical school at UNR starting this fall and hoping to create a peaceful and welcoming environment. I prefer to keep the space quite clean and tidy and am looking for roommates who will do the same. I’m very active and spend most of my free time outside, in the gym, or hanging out with friends.
