Hi there! I’m a professional, state employee, working full-time remote, which means I’ll be in our room most of the day during standard weekday hours. My partner is a college student also doing classes mostly online. We are looking at our options which include renting our own place outright or renting a decent sized room preferably with its own bathroom. However, we want to control our costs as we do not see ourselves staying there for any more than to 12 months. Bigger with own bathroom means better and less use of common area.
