Looking for one more roommate to share 3-2 bedroom house in North encanto area across from the golf course. Currently there are two male roommates professionals. Rent is 700 per month plus $100 for utilities. Utilities covered are electric gas water trash. Kitchen has two refrigerators and property has one spot available for parking. Please be clean, respectful, have a rental history and work history or proof of income. Must also participate in upkeeping common areas in the house living room, dining room and kitchen and your bathroom.
