Looking looking for a female or non-binary roommate to fill an $800 room with a private bathroom in a four bedroom house in Eugene. There is a yard and a garage and a fireplace. We play a lot of music here. Would really love someone who fits the chill vibe of the two ladies who live here who are pretty sensitive. Yard work is done by everyone and first last and deposit would be required for move in. We smoke marijuana in the yard but would prefer somebody who does not smoke cigarettes.
