- on- gym for residents (in addition to PureGym)

- wifi is included in the rent
- water: £36/person/month
- energy: £27/person/month
- heating: £20/person/month
- council tax: £99/person/month (Band C) ------------------------------------------------ ℹ️ Info on the room: The room comes with a double bed, and 2 night stands (the ones in white and brown). The fan and black stands belong to the current flatmate. Note that the bed can be moved around the room, so it does not have to stay like that. If you work from home, or need a desk, the previous tenants managed to fit a desk in the room, by the wardrobe (where the mirror is). ------------------------------------------------ 😄 About me: I am 25, and have lived in Bath for 6 years now almost. I work as a software developer for a local company, and in my free time I host my own podcast, organise social parties in the city for businesses, founders, and people, and generally have an entrepreneurship mindset. I like going to the gym (massive perk that PureGym is on the ground floor!) and also fencing 🤺 I am a tidy person and try to keep the flat as clean as possible. ------------------------------------------------ 👋 About you: I am looking for someone who: 1. has a job in Bath (you need to meet the Building requirement) 2. please please please be the type of person who doesn't just leave a mess everywhere) and also likes to be tidy 3. there is no more fixed terms, and I would appreciate it if you were committed for at least a year 4. be around my age 5. is nice 😅
