$500 a month room for rent

Hello! I’m looking for a roommate to split $1000 in rent every month with separate utilities which average around $175. Room is in a trailer in Chesapeake area near Deep Creek. The trailer itself is relatively small along with the room. So hopefully you either don’t have a lot of things and are comfortable with cozy spaces. I live alone with my cat Luna. She is taken care of. I keep the home as clean as possible everyday. Water and internet and electricity with AC and heater. Kitchen comes with table, stove and fridge. Living room has a single couch with no living room table. Bathroom shower and toilet works. You get your own parking spot. Downside is no laundry machine or dishwasher. A heads up, I’m possibly moving near September for a new job, if not, I will still be in the house. I’m open minded to changes within the trailer or suggestions on how to provide a more comfortable environment for your needs. I’m an open communicator and it is quite essential to me when it comes to this. I’d like to go over the household rules: please be clean, I try my best to maintain the cleanliness of the trailer, no late night guests as I sleep early and wake up early for my early morning shift at work around 4-4:30 A.M. I’m open to exceptions or some compromises as long as they’re communicated. If you smoke we can discuss that as well no problem. Would prefer no kids or other pets unless it’s a cat you can maintain, possibly a small dog depending. No large animals, really. As stated before, it is a small place so you’d need to not move in a lot of things so there is still enough space, but that could be discussed as well depending what you’d like to move in. Quiet neighborhood, it’s basically secluded which is a nice feature of it. I’m gone most evenings, but will sometimes be home early depending. Beside that, no trouble from me, I don’t have guests over, very rarely. I like to keep it respectful and friendly as possible. Hope to hear from a potential roomate!
