We would share the common space of living room, dining room, kitchen, garage that has full size washer and dryer; I have an extra refrigerator in the garage that you would be welcome to use with me. With this house, you would have access to Ahwatukee community pool, fitness center, etc. There is also GOLF COURSE less than a 1/4 away. You would pay half of utilities, and fiber-optic high-speed WiFi internet. Landlord pays for landscaping and pest control. Landlord is excellent to work with. He is looking for a 1 year lease with upfront first and last month's rent (total upfront $2,200) plus a non-refundable $500 cleaning deposit. My roommate of 3 1/4 years is moving out of state and I'm looking for someone similar to her: we got along and we kept to ourselves, no drama, no smoking, no drugs. Quiet, reliable.
