I’m looking for either a room to rent or potentially someone interested in finding a place together. I keep shared spaces clean and don’t mind splitting responsibilities fairly
Mostly keep to myself but I’m friendly/social when it comes naturally
Not really into constant partying or bringing a bunch of people over, I am in a happily committed relationship Budget is flexible depending on the place and situation. Ideally looking for somewhere around the $1200 a month or lower, stable, safe, and chill with good communication between roommates.
