Looking for 1 more female roommate to join me and another girl in a super spacious 3 bed / 3.5 bath three-story duplex in south Columbia near Green Meadows/Forum! Rent is $600/month + utilities/WiFi. One-year lease starts July 27, 2026. About the duplex:
• Two bedrooms on top floor, one on bottom floor, kitchen/living room on the main floor
• Everyone gets their own bathroom, plus half bath on main floor
• Balcony overlooking the woods
• Walk-out basement + deck
• Fireplace
• Loft living area upstairs
• Unfurnished (belongings in photos won't be there when we move in)
• 2-car garage

• I have two jobs—graphic designer and restaurant server
• I'm looking for a chill, cozy, low-drama home
• At home I am pretty independent but still enjoy socializing I'd love to live with someone who is:
