How would you like to be in the middle of it all? Want to catch a last minute baseball or basketball game, concert, play or movie? You can walk there! Going to see the Texans play, the rodeo or any other event at NRG stadium? Train is right outside the door! Need groceries but don’t want to drive? Phoenicia is just 4 blocks away. Want a night on the town but don’t want to take your chances with driving or getting an Uber? There’s some great bars just far enough to not get caught up in the drama and close enough to stumble home! Ask me how I know 😁 A room in the Heart of downtown Houston is coming available soon! Places like Toyota Center, House of Blues, Daikin Park, Discovery Green, George R Brown, Notsuoh and all the night life on Main Street is all walkable in 15 mins or less. Want to grab a bite to eat? Lots of places both above ground and during the week day in the tunnels! Work in downtown like me? Perfect! Don’t have to drive into town to get to the office! Need direct access to the tunnels? Got it! Need a place to call home during the work week and head home on the weekend? Perfect! But what about the bills, internet, electric, water… not to worry, all are included! If you want cable you’re on your own, though. I would prefer to rent to someone who comes into town to work. I enjoy having my place to myself. Most people I’ve rented to live elsewhere and come to town to work and are one on the weekends. I’m willing to work with people in this situation on price. I keep my home in good order and clean and very much expect the same. If you’re messy and leave dishes in the sink and don’t clean after yourself this won’t work. Respect me and my space and all will be good. I usually get along best with older gentleman but if the vibe is good will consider anyone. Let’s meet and see how we vibe.
