Looking for a female roommate to rent the second bedroom in my 2 bed, 2 bath apartment on the Kalamazoo Mall. I am a 24-year-old woman who is an incoming medical student at WMed and would prefer a fellow medical student as a roommate, but am open to graduate students or young professionals that are clean and responsible. If you study or work in downtown Kalamazoo, the location of this apartment is perfect! Only a 5 minute walk away from the medical school’s main campus and Bronson Methodist Hospital. About a 10 minute drive to the middle of Western Michigan’s main campus. You will have you’re own room, bathroom, and a huge walk-in closet. One bedroom has the bathroom directly connected to it, while the other has a small hallway separating the bedroom from the bathroom, but this area can be closed off from the living room through a sliding door for added privacy! Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment and the apartment is on the top floor, so no concerns about loud upstairs neighbors. The place is very secure, with a gated entry for the parking lot and smart locks on all doors leading into the aparment building.
