Need subleaser for summer!!

Summer Subleaser! (ONE MONTH RENT FREE) Hi! I’m looking for someone to sublease my apartment at The Lodge at Allendale from the beginning of May through July 31, 2026. It’s a fully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit located on the third floor. The Lodge offers great amenities, including a pool, gym, study areas, and a tanning bed, all included. I have one male roommate who will be there during the summer, but he is very chill and easy-going. My current rent is $887 per month with utilities included. Instead of discounting each months rent, I will cover May’s rent for free so you will only pay for June/July rent! Feel free to reach out if you’re interested or have any questions!
