Hi, my name is Maren. I am a 36-year old professional studying for my LICSW.. I am looking for a vacant apartment or room to rent in Loveland or Fort Collins- furnished preferred but not required. My budget is $1200 and I would like to move by May 5 and rent through August. I would be open to a roommate situation, but have a service dog Collie that is non-negotiable! and would prefer a yard option available. I am sober and happy- not in my twenties anymore but I am not a total crotchet. I will be nannying for some friends this summer so will be gone most of the day.
