The room pictured would be yours. There is a bed, chair, desk, lamp and nightstand that you can have and has a walk-in closet. This is a first-floor unit with a basement, but both rooms are next to each other on the first floor away from the street so there is no noise at night. Only one window in this room, but during the day if your door is open you can let in the natural light from the street. There is laundry in building and a backyard that’s shared with our building and the building across the back. 1 full bathroom upstairs plus one half-bath in the basement. It’s also a no-pet building. (Also the photos of the basement picture a bed, no one is staying down there I just had a friend over at the time.) About me, my names Arlo, I’m 25 and I work fully remotely for a healthcare startup. I spent a year traveling and working but then moved to nyc last fall since I’ve always wanted to live here. I am trying to find someone who doesn’t work remotely full-time so there isn’t constant overlap, but it’s not a dealbreaker. I love to run, play pool, make my own hot sauces, and bike around the city. outgoing but when home i like to relax and recharge and am usually working a lot during the weekdays. Open to living with anyone who wants to keep a clean apartment and not bring the party home.
