Basement bedroom for rent

We have a 1 (unfurnished) available in our beautiful home in Haysville, KS Would share common areas such as the upstairs living room, kitchen, dining room. Currently there is no furniture in the basement living room though. In the basement there is a dry bar area that has cabinets, counters and a fridge that you're welcome to use. We do ask to limit friends/guests over since we reside in the home as well There is a full bathroom downstairs. No pets, please! We do have 2 small dogs (Pomeranian and papillon) No drugs, no drama, no smoking
No felonies There will be a background check that is non-refundable (that i will send the link to you) so everything is private Deposit is $250 (can be paid in monthly installments)
