Description of the house: 207 Pronghorn Loop is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with a 2 car garage and is 1,432 sq ft. The kitchen has gas appliances. There are ceiling fans in every room, double paned windows, and vinyl plank flooring. Washer and dryer are in the house. It is centrally located in College Station near the TAMU bus route and less than 3 miles to Texas A&M University. Well maintained with a fabulous floor plan with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on each side of the home. There is a large privacy fenced yard for outside entertainment. Excellent neighborhood.
