April 1st- 1 bonus room for rent in Redmond! Hey y’all!! My name is Teagan. I’m 25 years old and work in sales for a physical therapy company. I work in Portland for a week out of the month! I work half remote, half out in the field. Meet my partner in crime- his name is Edmond and he is a Catahoula Leapord. He sleeps most of the morning and then as soon as I come home he is ready to go adventure with me. He is a very sweet boy with a big personality and is house trained. There are 2 dogs in the house so unfortunately we cannot have any more animals, but we would love a roommate that loves animals as much as we do! Edmond and I spend a lot of time at the barn. I grew up riding horses and have a 5 year old mare- her name is Tempranillo. I love to do anything outdoors, am always on the go, and am always up for trying something new! Would love male or female roommates that are up for family style dinners 🍝, enjoy the company of others, are clean, and young professionals that also like to have a good time! I have a 500 sqft bonus room for rent which is basically it’s own private room separate from the house, but on the same floor. Shared bathroom. It is unfurnished, but I am looking to get an armoire for someone to put their clothing in and I have a dresser if you would like to use it! Rent is $1,300 +utilities. There is space for storage in the garage! I recently bought this house so these pictures are from the previous owners. I am working on furnishing the common areas right now.
