Roomate(s) Wanted!

Hi everyone! I’m currently looking for a roommate (or roommates) to split a 2 bedroom apartment, or possibly a townhome if there are multiple roommates, in the Fairfax area. My current lease ends on May 24, so I’m hoping to sign a new lease sometime in May before then.
I’m a part-time grad student at George Mason and also [REDACTED] in the Fair Oaks / Fair Lakes area and would love to stay nearby if possible.
My budget is around $1,500 including utilities, but I’m flexible depending on the place.
I’m a very laid-back guy who enjoys sports and going to events, but I also like staying in and relaxing.
