Seeking house share/co-tenant situation

I am a mature, considerate, clean woman interested in renting a bedroom and private bathroom with shared and free use of common areas, or finding a great companion who would like to find a place together. I am very friendly and would enjoy some companionship, but I also respect others’ personal space and privacy, and need the same in return. I enjoy cooking and shared meals, watching movies, playing games with others, and tend to be somewhat outgoing in social situations. I love music of many kinds, and am happy to share that with others or just wear my headphones. I’m an avid skywatcher and would love to have a roommate who also enjoys the night sky, but it’s not a requirement. I also enjoy gardening and like to grow herbs and veggies in pots, along with flowers. I’m very much an outdoors person and would welcome a fishing partner! Mutual respect is a must, along with open communication and civil resolution, should any conflict of ideas arise. Intelligent conversation is a plus, as is a fenced yard.
