Looking for a responsible roommate to share a well-kept NYC apartment. I’m the long-term primary tenant and will continue living here, so this is a roommate sublease (not a lease takeover). Ideal for a working professional or mature student who values a calm, respectful home environment.

I am a year old man who works regularly, enjoys the gym and loves a low-drama, clean, quiet home — not a party apartment. Prefer someone who doesn’t regularly host guests. Occasional visitors are fine, but the goal is a comfortable, respectful living environment.

THE DETAILS:
• Bedroom is " with high ceilings, large closet and an AC unit if you want it.
• Washer/Dryer in basement. Elevator in building.
• Apt is 2 blocks away from Prospect Park and near the Q and B trains.
• Rent: $ month + utilities (electric, gas + internet)
• Shared cost of household supplies (cleaning products, toiletries, etc.)
• Yearly rent increase possible, but day notice will be given.
• Seeking a 6 month+ tenant.
• Flexible arrangement with reasonable notice required if either party needs to end it

IDEAL ROOMMATE:
• Working professional or mature student
• Financially responsible and communicative
• Clean, respectful of shared space
• Values a stable, relaxed home environment
• No pets, no couples

REQUIREMENTS FOR MOVE IN
• First and last month's rent for a total of two month's rent.
• $ fee for credit and background check
• Permission to make a copy of ID
• Written sublease agreement
