Located in a nice gated neighborhood off th & Baseline in Laveen, about minutes from Downtown Phoenix and minutes from Tempe, close to South Mountain.

The house has a fully furnished living room and kitchen, plus a 2-car garage and 2 outdoor parking spots you have full access to. Room is not furnished.
