Hi! My name is David and me and my best friend Chris have been approved for a 3 bedroom one bathroom
apartment in bushwick, Brooklyn NYC! We have been long time friends and have lived together before. We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and reliable. Ideally someone around our age range and LGBTQ+ (we are both gay but [REDACTED] in NJ so if you are in the area, or in the city we can also meet in person if you'd like :). There is dishwasher in unit, and laundry in building. Water is included in rent price ( each). Move-in date is scheduled for March first. There is an option to be added onto the year long lease if desired but not required. First months rent and security deposit is necessary for move in.
