The building offers a -hour concierge and on- laundry rooms. The apartment is clean, quiet, and well maintained. We also include a monthly professional cleaning (includes laundry service). Alternate side parking available. Adjacent to the building is a parking garage that offers monthly parking for a fee. Location and transportation are a major plus. The apartment is close to the A, C, E,, N, Q, R, W, B, D, F, and M subway lines. You can reach the Financial District in about minutes by subway using the A, C, E or express trains. By car, it is typically about minutes depending on traffic. The area is also close to multiple bus lines, CitiBike stations, Hudson Yards, Times Square, and Central Park.
