The Room includes A Roku Smart TV, a remote controlled ceiling fan, a desk and chair, a purple bucket chair, and cf Refrigerator. All bedding, sheets, towels, and a hamper are included.

Ideal for travelling professionals in lieu of long-term hotel. All areas except individual bedrooms are considered common areas including kitchen / Dining areas, laundry room, living room, family Room (off the kitchen), and mini-loft upstairs.

No pets. Chemical/ Fragrance-free household (except naturally sourced essential oils).

Minimum day stay. Month-to-Month Rental Terms. Refundable Security Deposit $ Non-refundable Cleaning Fee. Deposit will hold the room for up to two weeks. Video walk-through available upon request.
