The homeowner (hi- that’s me)  lives in the back of the house and shares the common spaces. The home environment is calm, respectful, and softly lit. I am in my fifties, generally quiet, enjoy cooking healthy meals (no red meat), watching history documentaries and K-dramas, and listening to music. I work from home, so I am here a lot.

This suite is best suited for a considerate, low-key progressive renter who values a peaceful living environment. No Trumpers or Nazis - oh, that’s redundant. 

TMI: This is a health-conscious household with a strong emphasis on cleanliness (with some ADHD clutter)  and illness prevention. I am seeking a tenant whose lifestyle aligns with maintaining a low-exposure shared living environment. For this reason, the home may not be a good fit for individuals in high-contact, public-facing work environments.
