I have a bedroom available for rent to mail applicants in the three bedroom home in which I live rent is $ per month, there is a $ refundable security deposit, and a $ nonrefundable application fee for a background and credit check. With this new roommate, there will be a total of three people living in the house. No overnight guests are allowed looking for non-smokers and no pets. I am looking for either students or working professionals. Terms of lease are negotiable, but would prefer a month lease. New roommate will have his own room with ample closet space, and share a full bath with the other roommate (my bedroom is the master bedroom, which has en suite full bath) this room is available immediately
